Absolutely, we always want you in the loop. Tracking information will be sent to you directly once your order has been shipped.

Your order will be shipped out within 5-10 business days and you will get an email upon dispatch. If you have not received an email after 5 days from purchase, please contact our support team for tracking information.

Customs and Imports

For all orders outside Canada, please be aware of import taxes that may apply.

If you choose to refuse the customs fees and the package is returned to White Rhino Athletic, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

How do I care for my activewear garments?

We recommend washing your activewear in cold water with like colors and avoiding fabric softeners and bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat to prolong the life of your garments.
